That call went out to 911 just after 9 00 oclock this morning. Now as a result, Temple School of Engineering Building at 12th and norris was evacuated, and about a dozen classes were halted. Police shut down the area while they investigated to determine exactly what they were dealing with. The bomb squad did detonate that belt and ran tests that determined no trace of explosi explosives. Its a thick, very thick belt of commercial grade possibly military style had some wires coming out of it. So definitely suspicious. We then evacuated the building. Cordoned off the area, Philadelphia Police came the many bomb squad came as well.
