At the First Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Samarkand, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev made several very important and timely initiatives in trade, economic and investment fields.

During Nov. 10-11, Samarkand hosted the First Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS). This significant international event brought together the heads of state and governments of Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Hungary, as well as the chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan.
