Over 17,000 baby sleep sacks recalled after suffocation hazard identified Over 17,000 sleep sacks for babies have been recalled over fears the items could pose a suffocation risk. TK Maxx is recalling a number of its baby sleep bags because of a safety issue which poses a ‘risk of suffocation’ to children. TJX Ireland Unlimited Company issued the recall as it was identified that the neck circumference on the sleep bags were too wide.
