Dontpokethedragon battled against longshot odds, the favourite, and post eight to win the $11,000 Preferred Pace at Flamboro Downs on Wednesday (Oct. 11) evening.

After going winless in four starts as a freshman and not debuting as a sophomore until September 2023, Lady All Star appears to have found her best stride.

Fillies and mares dominated the Thursday (Oct. 5) evening card at Flamboro Downs with Exotic Dragon topping the action in the $11,000 Distaff Preferred.

Flamboro Downs played host to the final leg of Ontario Sire Stakes Gold action for two-year-old pacers as part of the 11-race Sunday (Oct. 1) card. Two-divisions each for the pacing fillies and colts were featured, highlighted by Funtime Bayama pacing to a track record, and equaling the all-time Canadian record for two-year-old pacing geldings on a half mile track. 

Flamboro Downs has cancelled its card of live harness racing scheduled for this evening, Tuesday, Sept. 26.

Live racing continued Sunday, Sept. 24 at Flamboro Downs where Power And Grace flexed her muscle on the way to picking up her 53rd career victory in the $11,000 Preferred Trot which highlighted the nine-race card.

Six horses and geldings took the track on Tuesday (Sept. 19) at Flamboro Downs in the Preferred Pace and Hunter Hill swept the race from start to finish to take the winner's share of the $11,000 purse.

Ms Meaghan Sparkel and driver Ryan Desroche took no prisoners in the seventh race at Flamboro Downs on Saturday, Sept. 16 to provide Shayna Toll with her first career training win.

In one of two Prospect Series divisions for freshman filly pacers headlining the Thursday (Sept. 14) card at Flamboro Downs, Winner Bells lit up the board in her second career victory.
