Warrant were evacuated. at about 10:00 last night. they werent allowed back into their units until about 4:00 this morning. the fbi with the assistance of phoenix police served a search warrant. we were told there were some loud flash-bangs as the fbi and phoenix police made entry. once they determined nobody was inside they sent a robot in to to conduct surveillance throughout that apartment unit to make sure there were no bombs inside and then the fbi started their investigation. now neighbors...
