Emerging trends in IT staffing and flexi-roles
The staffing industry is enabling the transition of flexi-roles from informal to formal employment in India, according to the Indian Staffing Federations (ISF) annual report. The report stated that while cautious growth in certain sectors could happen in H2 2022-23, staffing is expected to continue growing year-on-year as the FMCG, e-commerce, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, logistics, banking and energy sectors boost demand.
