Completely back to the drawing board. they are looking at a couple of options to help them pass the problem they have now. using that containment dome is the first, best and fastest way to stem the flow of some of this oil. they have a couple of other ideas in the wings but that could take weeks. every day 5,000 barrels of oil is pouring into the gulf of mexico. this was their first best idea and they are not ready to give up on it yet. >> david mattingly, you are in an active harbor. you can he...
