It is with sadness we report the passing of Erik Edward Joh, a distinguished attorney and tireless volunteer who shared his expertise, vision, and legal acumen with the Florida Tech community as a 25-year member of the university’s Board of Trustees.

With only a couple weeks to go, the 2023 ‘Dancing for the Space Coast’ dancers are preparing for their final dance routines with their dance instructors for the charity event on June 3 at Florida Tech’s Clemente Center.

Jimmy Crook. The Florida Institute of Technology Army ROTC Panther Battalion held its spring ceremony to commission eight new Army Second Lieutenants on Friday, May 5.

The Air Charter Safety Foundation has established a scholarship in honor of its first safety director, the Florida Tech alumnus Russ Lawton. After a prolonged illness, Lawton passed away on Jan. 14 at the age of 70.

Over his tenure on the board, he served as secretary to the board and for many years as chairman of the Advancement Committee.
