Unfortunate condition of being utterly unconstitutional. the notion that as soon as youre suspected of a crime, a terrorist crime, we then strip your citizenship without any due process whatsoever, you know, to -- you cannot impose penalties until youve gotten to the end of the process. and so its ridiculous. its unconstitutional, and it is a typical lieberman move to try to redefine what it means to be tough on terror politically. so now we will have a dividing line of senators saying theyre op...

Be read miranda rights. also miranda rights are not required if the agency thats interrogating does not plan on using anything that person said would be used against them. so, look, this is a very serious situation. we need to get the information that we possibly can to prevent another attack, and i applaud the work of our law enforcement agencies, but i also say there was an element of luck, both with the underwear bomber and with this one. >> larry: whats your read on how the obama administrat...

Islam was under attack and that was his motivation, campbell. >> you are also learning, i know, there was a specific reason that the tsa didnt call the airlines to alert them about shahzad. what was it? >> well, an administration official tells me that this is something theyve done in the past, that in addition to putting out an alert saying we have an addition to the no fly list, they have picked up the phone and said be on the lookout for this person. the tsa did not notify all airlines at the...
