The Vice President was kept in the dark for weeks over Justice Department concerns about the National Security adviser. On january 15th, he said this on face the nation. On Christmas Day he sent a text to the Russian Ambassador to express not only christmas wishes but sympathy for the loss of life in the airplane crash that took place. Those conversation thats happen to occur around the time that the United States took action to expel diplomats had nothing whatsoever to do with those sanctions.
