Nigeria’s anti-narcotics agency, National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), says it has busted another tramadol cartel in Lagos with the seizure of millions of opioids pills and bottles worth over N5 billion.  The drugs were found in a warehouse in the Amuwo Odofin area of the state.
