New driver hotfix from NVIDIA
NVIDIA has provided a new GeForce graphics release, namely 460.97 hotfix, which removes a bug that prevented apps that use NVML from detecting GPUs and fixes stuttering observed with some configurations in Marvel s Avengers.
In addition to that, the current update also resolves the Lenovo Y740 display corruption seen when waking from sleep, corrects black levels when HDR is enabled, and makes sure notebooks won’t encounter a BSOD when waking from sleep while connected to external monitor via dock/dongle.
In terms of files, this new release consists of two packages: one DCH and one Standard executables suitable for both notebook and desktop configurations powered by the 64-bit variant of Microsoft’s Windows 10 operating system.

Quake II RTX with Vulkan Ray Tracing
NVIDIA has rolled out a new GeForce graphics driver compatible with several of its GPU models, namely version 460.89, which is the Game Ready release for the Quake II RTX v1.4.0 update that implements support for the new Vulkan Ray Tracing extensions.
Therefore, all GPU models that support the Vulkan Ray Tracing technology can experience Quake II RTX in all its path-traced glory on both desktop and notebook system configurations running under Microsoft’s 64-bit variant of Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10 operating systems.
