The winds will pick up in new orleans. the peak winds expected late this afternoon into the evening. here is the new forecast track from the hurricane center. notice the red line is the center path. almost over the top of -- holloman. its the biggest population in southeast louisiana about 32,000 people live there. hopefully almost all are gone. theyre protected bay levy but were not positive that the water will hold back from that levy. i was hearing the levy is at 12 feet high. the storm surge...
