The new govt rules require NGOs with FCRA licence to submit details of movable and immovable assets created out of foreign contributions.

The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has amended the rules for NGOs registered under the FCRA, requiring them to disclose details of assets created using foreign funds. The changes were made in the Foreign Contribution Regulation Rules, 2010, specifically in Form FC-4.
