Culinary Institute of America students to compete for scholarships

™ will pit eight student finalists from The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in a cook-off to earn scholarships and superstar status as the 2021 Grand Champion.

After years of development, Forever Oceans is preparing to launch its deep-ocean raised Forever Oceans Kahala product, beginning with a showcase starting at Seafood Expo North America
Reconnect running from 15 to 19 March.
The new product is an ocean-raised
seriola rivoliana that the company has dubbed Forever Oceans Kahala, and will at first come in fillets and whole-fish raised in Panama, Brazil, and soon, Indonesia. The product is raised in deep ocean water, using a proprietary aquaculture process developed by the company’s founder and CEO, Jason Heckathorn.
