The Ministry of Civil Aviation has invited applications for the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme for drones and its components.

MoCA has released the first provisional list of beneficiaries under PLI scheme for manufacturing drones and drone components in the country.

The local drone market can be $3-$4 billion over the next five years. A huge demand from the private sector, government departments is opening up new use cases.

The online registration process ends on April 26 while that of choice filling process ends on April 28.
