LONDON, United Kingdom. QinetiQ will again assist in the execution of the live-fire integrated air and missile defence exercise Formidable Shield (FS), the company announced in a statement. This exercise is organized by the U.S. Sixth Fleet and NATO's Naval Striking and Support Forces (STRIKFORNATO), and will take place in MOD Hebrides, Scotland, after the first portion of the exercise was conducted Andoya, Norway.

QinetiQ is once more assisting in the delivery of Exercise Formidable Shield (FS), a live-fire combined integrated air and missile defence exercise taking place at MOD Hebrides in Scotland, and Andoya in Norway.

The Royal Danish Navy Absalon-class frigate HDMS Esbern Snare (F342) fires a Harpoon anti-ship missile.

The exercise occurred on the UK MOD Hebrides Range operated by QinetiQ in Scotland, and involved the Italian Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft.
