Aquavis Hickman, a 17-year-old student at Parkland High School in North Carolina, was indicted on the assault and kidnapping charges last week, Forsyth County District Attorneys said.

A North Carolina high school student, 17, has been indicted by a grand jury on kidnaping and assault on a government official for two separate incidents involving teachers.

Forsyth County deputies said pepper spray was used at a Winston-Salem/ Forsyth County middle school. It is unclear if it was during the formal night.
