According to the state, fifth grade, students fell behind the most in math, with only a little more than 34% meeting proficiency standards, compared to nearly half of them meeting those standards. Just a few years ago now, students from across the area this week are honing their higher thinking skills here. Carnell Elementary School in Fort Smith and it s called camp invention. I m here to learn and have fun doing both Right now. Camp Innovation is a national program to help kids learn higher thinking skills, but hands on activities for making and racing cars.
