I know a bit about the federal budget, but i have to confess, im a lot more comfortable talking about things like Social Security, low Income Home Energy assistance programs, the state and local Tax Deduction and about the Defense Budget. So i called michael hamlin, my colleague here, and i put the question to him. How much of the u. S. Spent on defense. Mike said, funny last, i just finished a 20,000 word answer to that question.
