We convened this commission because we at cap are very focused on the challenges the middle class is facing in the United States, challenges of stagnating wages rising costs. What we recognize these were not just trends that the American Public is facing. Its really Global Trends are faking us and we can learn from other countries. So that is why weve undertaken this effort. I hope everyone has gotten our report, a very big report. Because they are and im familiar with some anecdotes where say in ophthalmology, which i know fairly well where the issue about retina specialists was raised. And, you know, through the academy of ophthalmology went to the insurer who i think just responded. Oh, we didnt know that. So we will make sure to put some retina specialists in the plan. So i think its just discovery that this is an issue. And i would say yes, you know, the detail that is going to be needed in some specialties will probably have to go by sub specialty. Conversation with some of your points and the points on the panel. You touched a little bit with resource scarcity and the economics of that. They seem to suggest that the increase in immigration is essential, particularly for high skilled workers. The Panel Suggests for every high skilled worker job that is added, teed up to three local jobs for American Workers are toed in that area two three local jobs for American Workers are added in that area. It suggests that americans are not taking the jobs anyway, so the only way to combat the lower skilled workers to bring immigrants.
