Ive had a lot of difficulty dealing with the department in trying to get clear information about how they process that with the order of clearing up that and the proper mailing from the departments this is why it is taking so long. Theyve been sending those notices to an incorrect address im trying to resolve those permit issues through a process that the department has for inlaw units and bringing inlaw units into compliance with the new legislation. Juan circle which was the first time this ever came to the departments attention that park merced didnt realize they needed permits in order to remove a significant tree so they havent been on our radar since 2007. No one ever called in a complaint so weve been looking at a lot of sites and earlier this year we issued a fine to park merced for the removal of a number of trees on gonzalez drive and its currently pending.
