Weve all seen the scandals in the last few years. We saw the waiting list, the scandals. Things need to change at the Veterans Administration and this bill will help deliver the kind of fundamental reform thats needed to solve these problems. It will help our veterans get the worldclass care and treatment that they deserve and that they have earned. Yes still have a lot of work to do but we will keep at it until we as a country can say that we are really and honestly keeping our promises that we have made to our veterans.
