The 25th annual Mandell JCC Hartford Jewish Film Festival has gone all virtual, running from Feb. 28 to April 2. If the lineup looks the same as last year’s festival, that’s because to a great degree it is. In 2020 the fest was supposed to run from March 5 to 15.
