A young woman whos family owns an ice cream shop nearby says they heard the gunshots. A lot more cops here and it was very all the traffic was closed. I mean a bunch of traffic all the lanes were closed down. There was passing through getting hard. So, you know, i parked over at the shop and i came over and everyone just standing around and no one knows knew what was going on. Reporter back here at the scene, it appears that officers are at least attempting to clear this intersection here. Again at philadelphia pike and washington street. Blocked off traffic being diverted again right now still a lot of Unanswered Questions again we know that Police Confirmed they did shoot and kill a man.
