We have made it through what is typically the worst part of winter in Chicago. The outlook through the end of this month and into the first few days of February is calling for a relatively mild pattern overall.

Recent snow and bitter cold have made this winter in Chicago more miserable. The outlook for temperatures indicates we won't be adding more misery for at least a couple of weeks.

Next Monday will feel nearly 70 degrees warmer than this past Monday. A big pattern change is coming that will bring us warmer winter weather in Chicago.
