Nifty futures on the NSE International Exchange traded 12 points, or 0.06 per cent, higher at 19,687, hinting at a flattish start for the domestic market on Friday.

Global funds are now beginning to pay more attention to Indian market, said Christopher Wood, global head of equity strategy at Jefferies, in his latest Greed & Fear report.

India will be included in the JP Morgan GBI-EM. It will give the index investors diversification and an opportunity to earn a decent yield on Indian Government securities. India will benefit from forex inflows, lower borrowing costs, support for Indian Rupee, etc.
