Im looking at the overtime and seeing if theres ways this is not to take away the men and women in our Transit Group because i think they work hard for their money but the question becomes are we managing it the best way we can and are there ways to reduce some of that so we can fund other things so thats my Biggest Issue right now. I dont think i dont sense any support for the 6 for the fline. What we put on the table was an increase for the fline cash flow and the 3 for five or six. People ran with the six number to support against it which was successful. And just to clarify like the cable car, if we had done this, anybody with a, there would be no impact to. So any regular rider, theres no impact. We didnt include that recommendation and i dont plan to forward that. But im hearing reduced revenue and we dont have a balanced budget. To advance as it would for people paying cash, so if we did nothing related to clipper, and we didnt hold the single ride cash fair, it would be going to 225 anyway per your indexing card. It wouldnt be impacting anyone more so than what would be happening any. It would provide some incentive. Some terms of whether we would want to raise it to 225 for everyone and subsequently create a discount, we could do that. The mtc, the metropolitan Transportation Commission that runs the clipper program has been working to get as many vendors and location for clipper cards. Theres some limitations or barriers to vendors wanting to participate in that program, so im not sure that we could commit to by ex date, well have this many vendors. They have been trying to make it less burdensome, but im not sure what thresh old well be able to measure by. Were approaching a five year high and rider ship. Our january number s the bus side showed for the first time were out of the recession in terms of the impact on transit and the service is going to grow. Investment likes the five limited where we increase service by 30 percent have been critical to eliminating pass ups and attracting customers out of their car. The tep has three key sections and the first is the policy framework and how theyre structure and the second is the service increase itself and the third is the capital that i spoke about earlier. The Service Policy framework builds on our strengths today. Theyre residential areas within a quarter mile of service that maintain 18 hours of Service Across the city. And that we provide basic access so that even in our neighborhoods weeshgs providing even in our neighborhoods, were providing 18 minutes of services.
