Francis James Acebo Jr., 34, of Arapaho, Wyo., has been sentenced to life in prison in a 2023 execution-style slaying at a home on the Wind River Reservation.
According to evidence presented at trial and witnesses to the crime, he entered the victim’s Riverton residence in the morning of Mar. 25, 2023, and shot the victim in the back of the head.
