The transition to cooler weather has begun and a storm is brewing off the california coast. Our chief meteorologist bill martin is tracking that storm and has the timing on when the rain is expected to start. Bill. Thats right, gasia. We need the rain. This is a good storm coming in. You can see the clouds thickening up. If i pull up the radar sweeps right now, two ray dors going, two dopplers. You see a little bit of moistening up in the atmosphere. Thats not rain.
