P40-M infra to create safe, better public service in Masbate

LEGAZPI CITY -The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) in Masbate City broke ground on Thursday for the PHP40-million new office building that will be constructed on the same side as the existing PENRO office. The four-story building was financed through the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) fund approved by the Regional Development Council (RDC). In a statement on Friday, Francisco E.
