I want to lead with several important announcements. Of 2020, ihe class am proud to say that you will have your opportunity to join with your classmates and families to celebrate your graduation. The department of education and the office of the secretary of Higher Education will both release guidance on this tomorrow, wednesday. It will allow for outdoor graduation ceremonies to celebrate our students accomplishments starting july 6. This guidance will include social distancing requirements and other Necessary Health and safety measures. Additionally, given that some graduating classes may be too large to accommodate a crowd within the restrictions in place for outdoor gatherings, this guidance may require multiple ceremonies to be held across different times and even different days to ensure proper social distancing. With testing and invest resourcing and Contact Tracing, surveillance and containment. We cannot fight the pandemic if we dont know who has it and where its being spread. That requires a National Strategy and response. President and his administration failed to give the leadership necessary to guide our nation through this economic crisis. We started instead of showing leadership, the trump is forcing states to find their own ways out of this pandemic. The president has refused to develop and implement a National Testing program. Months we have been promised millions of tests were around the corner, and that everyone who wanted a test could get one bettersting is getting but Public Health experts continue to warn that and the failure of National Leadership is competing against each other to get tests to administer tests from the private marker

Its a Staggering Number and grim milestone. Citizens across our nation continue to grieve loved ones, oftentimes from a distance.
