An 80-year-old Frazee man got his left arm caught in a farming auger. The arm was lost above the elbow. A tourniquet was applied at the scene, and, upon arrival, an officer applied a second tourniquet to the left arm, according to an emergency dispatch report. The man was transported to Essentia Health St. Mary's in Detroit Lakes for treatment.
