The City of Tulsa sued to get what they call a "dangerous transloading butane company" to move.
It s just north of downtown and right next to the BMX facility.
In a petition filed in Tulsa County District Court, the city says it believes the facility north of downtown is potentially dangerous and not allowed under the city s zoning code.
