Correspondent ryan nobles. Agencies have been told its essentially just business as usual. Thats right, boris. And both the state department and the department of Homeland Security are operating as if the the trump executive order had never been issued, this in response to that order. The restraining order put in place by the judge in washington state. This is what the department of Homeland Security had to say in a statement earlier today about their response to that restraining order. It said, quote, dhs suspended any and all sections of the executive order. This includes actions to suspend passenger system rules that flag travelers for Operational Action subjected to the executive order. Now that dhs statement does go on to say that they still believe that the order is necessary and that they will implement it once again if the Court Proceedings make their way through and we should say that the next thing we are looking for is the department of justices response to this restraining

Yeah, thats a good way to describe it, in many of these agency, following the instrucks of this judge in washington, essentially hauling the executive order, which banned travel from seven different countries. As a result, the department of Homeland Security and the state department are abiding by that question. Listen to this statement from the department of Homeland Security. That was issued this morning. It reads, in accordance with the judges rule, dhs has suspended any and all actions implementing the effect ed sections of the executive order protecting the nation from Foreign Terrorists into the United States. This includes action to suspend passenger systems that are, system rules i should say, that flag travelers for Operational Action that are subject to the executive order. So, that means that visas are being issued once again. That the Refugee Program is back up
