Were told a woman is dead and a man is in surgery right now at the hospital. This all happened at decatur and hayes around 2this morning. Police say a suspect pulled up to an intersectionand shot multiple times into another vehicle. When cops arrived they found the victims car had crashed and the woman inside the vehicle was dead.
