We begin this morning with breaking news. A minor Traffic Accident on interstate 280 has led to a shooting in the bay view involving an offduty San Francisco police officer. The fenderbender occurred on the freeway, but the shooting happened when the officer and the other driver pulled off the road just after midnight. The two got into a physical altercation and during the scuffle the unidentified female officer fired her gun, striking the other person in the leg. Police say the victim has a minor leg wound and refused medical treatment. Developing news, theres been another possible arson incident in san jose this morning. A small fire extinguished at 24th and santa clara streets this morning is linked to several other cases by san jose fire officials. Investigators say a firebug struck at least ate other times since
