Phoenix artist Kristin Wesley is one of over 40 AZ Burners who co-created this years IGNiGHT. AZ Burners Phoenix-based artist Kristin Wesley, whose Friendly Flowers dot the Grand Avenue landscape, conceived the event, which first launched in 2019.
