Judging everything from crab and cream to beef and berries, the competition named Walker Seafoods state winners for their MSC certified Bigeye tuna, alongside a host of other victors including fresh bamboo shoots from Big Heart Bamboo and fingerlimes from Green Valley Fingerlimes.
