　　记者：全国研究生教育会议一年来，有哪些研究生教育培养方面的改革令您印象深刻？这些举措的效果如何？ 　　徐岚：习近平总书记对研究生教育工作作出了培养德才兼备的高层次人才的重要指示，也对提升导师队伍水平提出了很高期望。“为谁培养人”就是其中最为本质的问题。这一年来，研究生教育最为显著的变化可能就是研究生课程思政的大力推进和研究生导师培训的全面展开。许多高校都在推进研究生课程思政示范课的建设并开展相应的教师培训工作，由点及面，积累经验，逐渐铺开。国家、省级、学校三级研究生导师培训体系初步建立起来，各省开始组织统一的培训，各高校的导师培训也在朝向全覆盖、系统化、针对性的方向转变。 　　导师培训的内容设计通常包含几个方面：了解高校教师职业行为准则，探讨学术不端行为

  戚兴华：经过40余年的努力，我国建立了初步成熟的研究生教育体系1.0。体系1.0在高规模、高增速的“双高位”运行，内部的稳健性与创新性很难兼得，对外的全球竞争力与国际影响力仍有待提升，同时实现“中国特色”与“世界水平”两大使命也是一大难题。教育实践的新挑战对研究生教育体系的完善与建构提出了新要求，探索建设更为成熟、更高质量的体系2.0是中国研究生教育发展进程中有鲜明时代特征的重大问题。   赵蓉晖：研究生教育的异质性强，个性化程度高，因此在管理和教育中面对的问题比较复杂。此外，不同培养单位的经验积累、行业和地区定位、特色定位也会有差异。因此，要保持全国研究生培养的总体水平，在培养的基本标准（守底线）和优势学科的突显方面（树样板），需要同时着力。从刚公示的新增学位授权点
