One of the groups that received a grant provides free cooking classes and nutritional coaching for communities on the South and West sides.

The Full Plate Program will supply organizations that provide food and meal services. Eligible nonprofits can apply to receive up to $10,000.

Dec 7, 2020 Event has passed The Gleason Family YMCA at 33 Charge Pond Rd. will be hosting Y Community Markets through the Greater Boston Food Bank’s Full Plate Program each month.  The market will be open on Monday, Dec. 21, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. or until food runs out.  The market will be first come, first serve.  Guests should be prepared to give the number of adults and children in the household along with their zip code.
