Itll stay closed until friday afternoon. Crews were going down the hillside. They are probing pushing off the loose smaller rocks. There is one very large piece that is loose and will come down at one point this afternoon. Probably around 1 00. Likely with a hammer tool. Experts say that if they dont do this now more heavy rain this week could bring the rocks down on their one and they want to keep the rocks falling onto vehicles or pedestrians. January 10th. After rain storock came falling down and landed on the road. We had to close the road to clear the debris.
