Provoked you to support this . There were some that refused to testify and during this investigation this board issued were the last board issued i believe this first subpoena i believe in 24 425 years and i think that mme. City clerk knows the exact amount of years with that but i think that we need to get to the bottom of this. This is not to be used lightly but i think particularly in a case of manifested Public Safety they need to understand the gravityand they need to understand that telling the truth and the whole truth is very, very important and they need to understand this Public Safety issue and get to the bottom of it. This is not something that i expect the committee or the full board to use this with any regularity but there is another individual coming before the committee another peer that i feel will be very helpful to our investigations to have that individual testify personally to an oath and i think it is an important tool to use in our tool chest for the board for m
Available to respond to realtime needs and circumstances, so i think that worked out well and as these contracts occurred periodly we have to reforecast knowing what we know now and that is this moment in timet. U rs will hold the masterer contract but not sure we will use all the money . The current modeling oror forecast needs adjustment. This is a extension ofwe only have 3 engineerfelt i dont think thats the problem. I dont think anyone is questioning the need for the pmpc service. We are very much a outsoersed operation. Thank you, madam clerk and can you please call the first item. Item no. 1 is ordinance amending the environment code to adjust the incentive in the Solar Energy Incentive program. The author of this item is president london breed, if you would like to make opening comments. Yes, thank you i know we have Laurie Mitchell here who will be making a presentation shortly, but i just wanted to make a few comments about your go Solar Program in the city. Were making a few technical amendments to this program today. Despite the fact that other utilities around the state are ramping down their incentive like the city of palo alto and silicon valley, for example, im happy to see the go Solar Program in the city is still going strong and that we as a city are continuing to invest in incentives like this particular program. We must continue to supp
Item eleven, and just a couple of announcements, i made this announcement at a Cultural Heritage Committee Meeting a few minutes ago. In the february 4th, chronicle, there was an article entitled preservation falls flat, and he made a suggestion about possibly creating plagues to talk about the outside of the building to talk about the stories inside the sense of place and i thought that that was a really good idea. And possibly food for thought, for this commission to take up further with the Planning Department staff to see if we can somehow encourage that. Second thing is that there was an email that was forwarded to me today about the California Arts Council creating the cultural cultural district, asking for a letter of interest from various organizations as well as local businesses to become part of their Pilot Program to further acknowledge diverse and Cultural Resources, to identify high concentration of Cultural Resources and activities thought that it would be a great idea if
