Frontier Community College has announced the recipients of the Vicky Lemons and Debra Jean Withrow scholarships for nursing students at FCC. The Lemons Scholarship recipients are Rebecca Owens and Taylor Storey. Each will receive $500. Kayla Owen and Carla Valleroy were awarded the Withrow Scholarship, each in the amount of $500. The Lemons Scholarship was established by her family and friends following her death in March 2015. The Withrow Scholarship was established in January 2007 in memory of Withrow, who was a surgical nurse at FMH at the time of her death in 2005.
