In this Dec. 17, 2019 file photo, Republican Conference chair Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., speaks with reporters at the Capitol in Washington. Sen. Anthony Bouchard, of Cheyenne, on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021 accused Cheney of being “out of touch” with Wyoming for her vote to impeach President Donald Trump in announcing he will run against her.(Associated Press/J.
