Seymour Chamber organizes neighborhood Santa tour for Christmas
12/18/20 10:13 PM
The COVID-19 pandemic couldn’t take away the magic of Christmas in Seymour as Santa decided to tour the city this week to bring joy and excitement to children and the young at heart.
Instead of using his sleigh, the jolly man in the red suit enlisted the help of the Seymour Fire Department and rode atop a brightly lit and decorated fire truck as he made his way through most neighborhoods in city limits.
The truck was escorted by a Seymour Police Department cruiser with its red and blue lights flashing, bells ringing and Christmas music blaring.
