Bivens was arrested for Driving while Intoxicated and Reckless Driving, following an incident where he did leave the scene of a property damage motor vehicle accident. Bivens was also issued UTT’s for Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device and Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance.
Bivens was processed and later transported to Oswego County Jail, where he was held awaiting arraignment on 02/21/2021 at 08:30 hrs. in Oswego County CAP Court.
