Problem we have, and that is, that you cant do it all by spending cuts. for that matter you cant do it all with tax increases. everybody will have to feel some pain in here. what paul ryan did is say, look, its just the other side that will have to feel some pain and have their bo loved social cuts and not only are we not going to increase taxes, but were going to decrease the top rates for corporations and for the wealthiest americans. in that sense, it wasnt a serious proposal. i think the way...
