The Department of Justice is investigating possible civil rights violations after three Arkansas officers were caught on camera on Sunday morning beating a handcuffed man as he lay on the floor.

Randal Worcester, 27, is set to sue the three officers who were caught on camera battering him in Mulberry, Arkansas, on August 21. His stepfather, Eric Wedding, said the cops should burn.

Crawford County Sheriff Jimmy Damante issued a statement Sunday evening, stating two county deputies will be suspended during the course of the Arkansas state polices investigation.

In a Facebook post Monday morning, the Crawford County Sheriffs Office revealed the three officers shown in the video are Mulberry Police officer Thell Riddle (pictured) and two other deputies.
