As we head toward lunchtime. By this afternoon, well see it in the south bay, the east bay and trivalley. Even in San Francisco, were waking up to mainly cloudy skies. Thats setting the stage for rain thats going to arrive later on. Again, its going to be light today. Nothing heavy. Were talking maybe a half inch at most for the north bay.
